Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7-30 days. If 7 or 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. (It can range from 7 to 30 days depending on the product. Please check the description for special return/exchange policy. Standard is 7 Days if not specified otherwise in product description.)

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Clothing
  • Tampered jewelry
  • Any different product

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Rose Teddies
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any artificial roses
  • Hats
  • Watches with any battery errors (Usually caused by overcharging, wrong power source, power surges, fast chargers, power banks etc.) 
  • Electronic goods such as components and/or any Batteries or electronic goods depending on the battery. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or product of purchase.

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits!!!

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items not in original packaging or unboxed/opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, scratched, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as a coupon for your next purchase.

 RETURNS
If you do not like your new product (which is highly unlikely), you can return it to us within 7 days after purchase in its original condition and packaging. “No questions asked.” It must be unused and stickers still attached.

This option is only for you to see the product in real life and decide if it is as represented on our website, www.fashsa.co.za

Our policy lasts up to 30 days. If for example 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we need your order number and proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse, as they need to go to a different destination.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you wish to return a product, kindly notify us by sending an email to fashsouthafrica@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clearly state that you are returning the item under our “return policy.” This will help us expedite the return process for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, your refund will be processed in the form of a store credit voucher.

Shipping Costs NOT Included in the Refund
Please note that a standard shipping fee of R100 applies to all parcels dispatched, regardless of whether your initial purchase qualified for free shipping.

NO CASH REFUND WILL BE DONE AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION!!

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.!!!

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve checked your bank after 30 days and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at fashsouthafrica@gmail.com.

Shipping
To return your product under our Return Policy, you can EITHER:

Please send us an email to fashsouthafrica@gmail.com with your tracking number from the Courier or Pudo, a note stating that you are returning the product under our Return Policy, and your ORDER NUMBER!

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking capabilities or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your returned item is monitored during transit. Without these precautions, we cannot assure that your return will be received.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are a manufacturing defect or damaged by the courier on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Fashsouthafrica@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
